How AInora handles personal data across the website, the demo line and client deployments.

AInora ("we", "our", or "us") operates the getainora.com website and the AInora AI voice agent platform for debt collection. This page explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

Information we collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Name, email and phone number when you book a scoping call, contact us or call the demo line.
  • Call recordings and transcripts when you interact with our AI voice agent, whether through the public demo line or a client deployment.
  • Website usage data and analytics from visits.
  • Debtor account data processed on behalf of client collections agencies under a data processing agreement.

How we use your information

  • To provide, operate and improve the AInora platform and the website.
  • To process debtor conversations on behalf of client collections agencies under a contractual data processing agreement.
  • To communicate about scoping calls, pilots and ongoing services.
  • To comply with legal obligations, including FCA Consumer Duty record-keeping and GDPR lawful-basis logging.

Data security

We apply enterprise-grade encryption in transit and at rest. Access controls are role-based and audited. Platform infrastructure is hosted on UK and EU regions by default for client deployments, with third-country transfers only where an explicit data processing agreement and documented lawful basis are in place.

GDPR and UK GDPR compliance

We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, restrict, port or delete your personal data, and to object to processing where lawful basis is legitimate interest. Contact us at info@ainora.lt to exercise these rights.

EU AI Act

Where the EU AI Act mandates disclosure that a caller is interacting with an AI system, the AInora voice agent discloses this at the start of the call. Transparency, logging and operator accountability are enforced at the platform level.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. Call recordings and transcripts generated under client deployments are retained according to the data retention policy agreed with each client. Demo line recordings are retained for a short period for quality and compliance review, then deleted.

Subprocessors

AInora relies on carefully vetted infrastructure, telephony, speech and AI subprocessors to deliver the service. A current subprocessor list is available on request under NDA as part of procurement due diligence.
