These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GetAinora website and services operated by Ainora ("we", "our", or "us").
GetAinora provides an AI-powered voice agent service that calls and qualifies leads from Facebook Lead Ads. Our service connects to Facebook Lead Ads via webhooks and initiates calls to new leads automatically within seconds of form submission.
You agree to use GetAinora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our AI calling service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to telecommunications regulations, consent requirements, and do-not-call registries.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
The GetAinora service, including its AI technology, website, and branding, is owned by Ainora. Customers retain ownership of their lead data and custom scripts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAinora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of material changes via email.
